Norway

Norway is a coastal country bordering the North Atlantic Ocean in Northwestern Europe. Its terrain includes rugged mountains, glaciers, and tundra, with a rugged coastline marked by fjords and small islands. In Norway most of the country is used for human activities, in its majority by rainfed agriculture. The rarity of marine fish and mammals is also high. Challenges to biodiversity include water pollution; air pollution; and acid rain.
